The hydrocarbon resins manufactured by KOLON INDUSTRIES, INC. are used in road marking paints to ensure a safe traffic, adhesive tapes used for office supplies, various types of additives, printer inks and other applications that require adhesive properties.

HIKOTACK

They are aromatic hydrocarbon resins (C9). Among the main characteristics are light color and little odor. They have a wide temperature range, excellent thermal and U.V. resistance and excellent compatibility with NR, SBR and EVA.

HIKOREZ

They are aliphatic hydrocarbon resins (C5 and C5/C9). Their main characteristics are color and little odor; good balance between initial adhesion, adhesion and cohesion; Excellent thermal and U.V. resistance and compatibility with NR, BR and CR, SIS and SBS.

SUKOREZ

They are hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins (WW). Among its main features are excellent coloring and thermal resistance, as well as excellent compatibility with polymers such as EVA, SIS, SBS and Polyolefins.

MKOREZ

They are multi-performance hydrocarbon resins (pure monomer). With the possibility of application in products such as tires, hot melt adhesives (HMA/HMPSA - including reactive ones); non-wovens; thermoplastic elastomers; wax compound; paints and coatings.
